Right now is an extremely stressful time for me as I am about to move provinces. For anyone that was around during my last move (which was between countries), you know that this is probably the thing that gives me the most anxiety. For about the past two weeks there has been a constant vibration in my core, and I have spent a handful of days frozen in my bed.
Luckily my mom was in town this past week and was able to help me prepare for the move. But now that she's gone the vibration is back. The one good thing about anxiety is that I've overthought everything and have a plan in place. However getting through that plan is taking a little more time than actually making it. For now I'm just trying to take it one step and one day at a time , but you should probably pray for my cat who is getting smothered in anxiety cuddles.
